TANGER OUTLETS
In my role as Creative Director of Tanger Outlets I created a customer-centric perks experience which included a custom handbag I designed and produced as an incentive for spend thresholds and a perk for joining TangerClub. The team named it "The Kelly Bag," and featured it in our advertising and onsite signage across 44 outlet shopping centers in the U.S. and Canada.
These are just a few of thousands of projects that drove billions in foot, Web and app traffic and millions in revenue growth.
I spearheaded corporate branding, brand storytelling, national campaigns, creative strategy, photo direction, TV, outdoor, wayfinding, POS, direct mail, email, CRM management, web and app design, digital advertising, social, SMS, events, grand openings, loyalty programs, experiential and more.
Working with iconic brands including Nike, Vera Bradley, Banana Republic, Kate Spade and more, I developed marketing collaborations and brand campaign partnerships. I managed a team of graphic artists, art directors, production managers and marketing specialists as well as agency partners.

In my role as Head of Global Brand Marketing + Communications at Kindermusik International, I worked to swiftly transform the brand to be digital first and to reach next-gen consumers with online children's music classes across the globe, release of a new app, e-commerce sales with music kit bundles and guided activities for families at home and more.
As the top marketing leader and part of an executive team of five, I contributed to overall company leadership and strategy as well as being the leading force behind a well-rounded, creative marketing team. In addition to promoting the Kindermusik brand worldwide, I was responsible end-to-end for social media, events marketing, francise market management, e-commerce Web sales as well as equipping and supporting the sales team to support enterprise-level sales to school systems and private early education chains.

KINDERMUSIK
A few of my proudest accomplishments include partnering with Disney Jr. to create a custom live experience at Kindermusik studios worldwide, highlighting the launch of Mira: Royal Detective. I also had the opportunity to design packaging and product positioning for Kindermusik-branded product placement at Target stores.
Also, during the first months of COVID-19 our network of Kindermusik educators experienced significant hardship, with singing being deemed a huge risk for spreading disease. To unite our community and bring attention to digital classes, I spearheaded a collaborative song entwining voices and video from all continents, coming together to spread hope. The video went virals and garnered more than 175K views across social channels and 14K views on YouTube.
